This is for people who have done the initial intake and are returning for treatment with 2 weeks. Time will only one or maybe two modalities during this treatment.

It takes an average of 66 days to create new neural pathways that can support change. This 
10 week/70 day program & treatments will address the nervous system roots of your anxiety, depression, addiction or personal or generational trauma & why change might feel impossible. You will be empowered & supported during these transformational weeks with the education, exploration & weekly acupuncture treatments needed to move you from chaos towards regulation as the master of your 
healing journey. 

Week by week we will build the capacity & resources of your nervous system while giving you the knowledge base & skills needed to work with your body from a place of self compassion. This program is not only for those with mental health challenges. Anyone with multi system disease, chronic pain or fatigue would benefit.

Acupuncture can be part of your management strategy or it can be part of your transformational process. This program was designed to be the latter. 

Some of the proven impacts of acupuncture include:
     * Modulates brain activity
     * Calms hyperactive areas 
     * Improves connectivity & neurotransmitters
     * Regulates the nervous system
     * Regulates immune system
     * Regulates endocrine system

Neuroception, our felt sense of safety (that is beyond conscious control) 
is what generates perceptions, thoughts, emotions and behaviour. We can attempt to control these with sheer will but even if we have that capacity it does not fix the incomplete charge(s) in our nervous system. This leads to perpetual mental or physical health challenges aka disharmonies. What you will learn will help you take your healing to the next level.

This program will help you:

     * Understand how the Yin & Yang of your 
        nervous system works & how
        generational trauma can alter that.
     * Explore a new way of relating & working with 
        your body & mind. 
     * Learn to safely reconnect with your body & 
        sense the answers that lie there. 
     * Explore the different Yin & Yang states of 
        your nervous system with a trauma  
        informed lens.
     * Understand how to use different states to 
       help your body process old stuck energy.
     * Grow the capacity and resources of your. 
        systems to reduce high levels of stress or 
        chronic immobilization.
     * Increase access to all parts of you systems.
     * Give you the knowledge & skills needed to 
        Interject in the space between autonomic 
        neuroception and thoughts, feelings and. 
        behavior and begin to shift both ends.
     * Build up your foundations and gently start to 
        process some of the old energy that may be 
        stored in your tissue. 
     * Try different methods and modalities to 
        better understand what helps YOUR system 
        rebalance after stressful situations.

And of course you will have the added support of weekly acupuncture treatments to help you reach your goals. There will be an opportunity to stay connected to our little group of explorers during the week if you choose. If you have felt constantly exhausted, irritable, stuck, disconnected from your body, or just tired of the war that might going on between your body, mind and spirit this program is for you. This is an interactive program that will educate using all your senses. All supplies will be provided, with the exception of a pillow and blanket.

Healing Vortex 101: Restoring Balance - 10 weeks

In this program will will continue to expand your nervous system capacity to be able to complete stuck/incomplete survival responses. Treatments will be ever second week.

We will explore the wisdom of traditional healing practices that are increasingly supported by science & why embracing culture post trauma may be challenging.
