In this program will will continue to expand your nervous system capacity to be able to complete stuck/incomplete survival responses. Treatments will be ever second week.

Week by week we will build the capacity & resources of the yin & yang of your nervous system while giving you the knowledge base & skills needed to work with your body from a place of self compassion. We will explore the wisdom of traditional healing practices that are increasingly supported by science & why embracing culture post trauma may be challenging.  This program is not only for those with mental health challenges. Anyone with multi system disease, chronic fatigue or pain would benefit.

Acupuncture can be part of your management strategy or it can be part of your transformational process. This program was designed to be the latter. 

Some of the proven impacts of acupuncture include:
     * Modulates brain activity
     * Calms hyperactive areas 
     * Improves connectivity & neurotransmitters
     * Regulates the nervous system
     * Regulates immune system
     * Regulates endocrine system 
     * Improves neuroception & pro-social behavior

Neuroception, our felt sense of safety (that is beyond conscious control) 
is what generates perceptions, thoughts, emotions and behaviour. We can attempt to control these with sheer will but even if we have that capacity it does not fix the incomplete charge(s) in our nervous system. This leads to perpetual mental or physical health challenges aka disharmonies. What you will learn will help you take your healing to the next level.
