If the development of your neuroception (felt sense of safety) was not fully developed in childhood or you experience significant disruption through relationships later in life, this program is for you. In this program will will continue to expand your nervous system capacity and heal developmental and relationship trauma.

We will build the capacity & resources of the yin & yang of your nervous system while deeping knowledge base & skills as you work with your body from a place of self compassion. 

Acupuncture can be part of your management strategy or it can be part of your transformational process. This program was designed to be the latter. 

Some of the proven impacts of acupuncture include:
     * Modulates brain activity
     * Calms hyperactive areas 
     * Improves connectivity & neurotransmitters
     * Regulates the nervous system
     * Regulates immune system
     * Regulates endocrine system 
     * Improves neuroception & pro-social behavior

Open to graduates of I Am Spirit, Brave Heart, or Healing Vortex 101 or clients who feel ready to track more independently (please complete the introduction video). We will be identifying and nurturing the development of your organ systems in Chinese Medicine. Uncomfortable sensations or emotions may arrive as we nurture our basic human needs that may have been lacking and is part of resolving the stagnation. Please ensure you have some capacity to mindfully sit with uncomfortable sensations. If you need some support developing those skills 'I Am Spirit' may be the place to start.

This program is not only for those with mental health challenges. Anyone with multi system disease, chronic fatigue or pain would benefit.

Due to the small nature of the group sizes (2-4) no refunds can be offered.
